On the other hand, also there is a commitment with the Financial institutions so that loans happen in favorable conditions, while the Professional Schools will receive a minor tariff for his fees, reducing this way the costs of procedure of buying and selling.
These houses have an average surface of approximately 79 m2, two bedrooms and parking square.
